Summer Academy Returns to Maranatha

This summer, Maranatha High School (MHS) will host students on campus as Summer Academy returns after a one-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

Summer Academy is an excellent opportunity for students to gain academic course credit, receive enrichment or remediation, or explore new interests. Summer Academy is designed to allow students to focus on a single class without distraction. Students can take an Honors course to pave the way for an AP course during the school year, or complete a core course during the summer to create space during the school year for other advanced courses in their area of interest. Most classes run for 6 weeks, June 21 to July 30, and all will be held in-person (on the Maranatha campus) from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (12:30 for science courses), five days a week.

Online registration is now open. Click here to view the Summer Academy catalog, which includes over 20 core subjects and 2 enrichment courses, and register for the class of your choice. For more information or questions, contact MHS’ College Counselor.
