The Annual Ramona Challenge in Pictures

After a two year hiatus due to Covid, Ramona Convent Secondary School (RCSS) was finally able to safely hold its annual Ramona Challenge event. Last month, they welcomed over 250 girls from 9 local elementary schools to compete at the annual Ramona Challenge.

FUN FACT: Ramona Challenge has been going strong since 1993!

All competitors were selected by their schools to compete in various academic and sports contests. Guests on campus for the day also included teachers, principals, parents, and friends. The competitive spirit was fierce yet everyone had a great time enjoying the warm and sunny weather while cooling down with refreshing lemonade and ice cream treats.

Food trucks offered a selection of tacos and burgers, all while listening to great music provided by DJs Amanda L. ’23 and Savannah ’23. A special thank you is extended to students, faculty, and staff for assisting as individual contest facilitators, judges, and tour guides. Not all participants left with medals, but each one left with ear to ear smiles and a taste of tiger spirit!
