As COVID-19 continues to pause in-person teaching, Assumption School of the Blessed Virgin Mary school opened class on virtual reality and entered a new dimension. Most schools continue to rapidly move operations online and introduce flexible schedule options as part of state efforts to slow community transmission of COVID-19. Assumption School recognizes the challenges faced by its students and staff. But it is vital that as individuals and institutions they work together to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus and protect the community. People’s lives depend on how everyone respond now. Assumption Students also joined a live-streamed mass and they still did their hair and dress nicely, just as if they were in the church. It helped them to realize they still needed to be quiet and respectful and life does go on…
