This Summer: Coding for Girls at FSHA!

This summer, junior high girls will have the chance to explore the exciting world of coding at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy—and it’s not just for STEM enthusiasts! Designed to spark creativity and build confidence, FSHA’s coding camp offers a fun, hands-on experience that goes beyond programming.

Campers will learn to design games, create digital art, and even bring stories to life through animation, proving that coding is as much about creativity as it is about technology. No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.

“Coding isn’t just for future engineers; it’s for storytellers, artists, and problem-solvers,” said Siera Kozakar, physics teacher at FSHA. “We make it fun, interactive, and accessible so every girl can see how coding connects to her passions.”

With small class sizes, personalized instruction, and a supportive all-girls environment, the camp is a great way to build new skills and friendships. Sign-ups are open now—don’t miss out on the chance to code, create, and have fun at Summer on the Hill! Learn more and register here.
