Thurgood Marshall Secondary School Hosts Back to School Night and Community Showcase

Thurgood Marshall Secondary School is pleased to welcome families, students, and community members to its annual Back to School Night on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The evening will begin with a special Community Showcase at 5:00 p.m., featuring public informational exhibits from Community Partners, Parent Groups, and College & Career Programs. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about local resources, get involved in school initiatives, and connect with organizations dedicated to student success.

Following the showcase, families will be invited into classrooms to meet teachers, hear about curriculum plans, and gain insights into the year ahead. This event serves as an important opportunity for parents and guardians to partner with educators in supporting student growth and achievement.

Please note that students will be dismissed early at 12:00 p.m. on this day to allow for preparation.
