Valentine Elementary Celebrates 5th Grade Yearbook Contest Winner

2024 Valentine Elementary School’s 5th Grade Vikings Yearbook Contest participants and winner Hailey Chau are being celebrated by Principal Whitney McAlpine for their outstanding creativity and artwork for this year’s yearbook. The contest, which encourages students to showcase their artistic talents and imaginative ideas, received numerous impressive entries from the talented fifth-grade class.

Hailey Chau’s (pictured above) winning submission stood out for its originality, vibrant colors, and detailed illustrations, capturing the spirit and memories of the school year beautifully. During a special assembly, Principal McAlpine praised all participants for their hard work and dedication, emphasizing the importance of creativity and self-expression in education.
