Washington STEAM Multilingual Academy Celebrates All Things Science Fiction at Octavia E. Butler Science Fiction Festival

Celebrate all things science fiction at the Octavia E. Butler Science Fiction Festival this Friday, April 22 at 3:00 p.m. at Washington STEAM Multilingual Academy. Award-winning author Ibi Zoboi will be speaking to students about her new book, “Star Child: A Biographical Constellation of Octavia Estelle Butler”, and will be available to sign books. The event will also feature sci-fi demos, workshops, crafts, book giveaways, food for purchase, and more.
