Welcome Back, Maranatha Family!

Starting the school year with Uprising is a tradition Maranatha High School cherish. Of course, the paint war is the best (and, thankfully, the last) part of the day.

With the new school year beginning this week, the buzz on the Maranatha campus is building in anticipation of seeing its students in-person! Faculty and staff welcomed its freshmen and transfer students yesterday Thursday, August 12, at 8:00 am, the sophomores at 9:30 am, and ALL students at 12:30 pm. Several activities were scheduled for this week.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 12
8:00 am – 12:20 pm • Orientation for Freshmen and Transfer students – meet in the Gym Quad
9:30 am – 12:20 pm • Orientation for Sophomores – meet in the Student Center
12:30 pm – 3:00 pm • Uprising! – for all students – lunch will be provided
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm • Parent Forum – offered both online (Zoom webinar) and in-person in the Commons (new location)

Remember that face masks are required at all times when indoors. Please allow adequate time for students to complete their daily health screening, using the SchoolPass app, and have their temperature taken in the underground garage. Students should not come to school if they are feeling ill or had any symptoms of Covid-19 in the previous 48 hours, have tested positive for Covid-19, or have been in close contact with someone with Covid-19 in the past 10 days.
