Westridge Class of 2023 Takes Part in 86-Year-Old Westridge Tradition: Junior Ring Ceremony

The Class of 2023 took part in the Junior Ring Ceremony in the Performing Arts Center this afternoon. This rite of passage, which marks the juniors’ transition to senior year, has been a cherished tradition at Westridge since 1936.

As 11th Grade Class President (and 2022-2023 Associated Student Body President) Morgan H. ’23 said in her speech, “We all have learned how to grow and mature into each of our bold and beautiful selves, and I urge you to continue marching to the beat of your own drum.”

This year, the school continued to provide all juniors with a ring, a change instituted last year as part of our work to make the Westridge experience equally available to all students.
