Westridge Students Awarded Highest Honors at Chapman University Shakespeare Festival



Westridge School is very happy to share the news that it has received multiple honors at the Henry Kemp-Blair Shakespeare Festival this weekend. The awards were presented to students in a ceremony at the Musco Center for the Arts on Saturday, April 23.

Top performance award:
• Outstanding Scene Presentation: Grace Olinski and Grace Wallis, Richard and Elizabeth from Richard III

Top design award. This award spanned all theatrical designs, including scenic, lighting, and costume designs:
• Outstanding Merit in Design: Anabel Shuckart and Tess Stewart, Costume Design for Twelfth Night

Westridge students also received these awards for excellence in their entry categories:
• Excellence in Monologue Performance: Grace Wallis, Queen Margaret from Henry VI, Part III
• Excellence in Costume Design: Kamryn Green and Gabi Rojo,Richard III
