Westridge Students Explore Innovation at Coco Robotics

Students at Westridge School recently had the exciting opportunity to visit a Coco Robotics autonomous vehicle manufacturing site and learn more about the technology behind the Coco delivery robots seen throughout Los Angeles. Participants in the Women in STEM and Robotics courses gained firsthand insight into robotics engineering, design, and real-world innovation. Madeline Emslie, a senior technical project manager for Coco and one of the founders of Westridge’s Rocketry Club, shared how the robots operate, explained the engineering design process, and spoke about the career path that led her from student life to the forefront of emerging technology.
