Published on Dec 26, 2023

As the anticipation builds for the ‘Granddaddy of Them All’ Rose Bowl Game, the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium is offering a unique behind-the-scenes experience with its Holiday Tours in the days just before the Game — or you can tour the stadium the day after!

The tours, scheduled for December 26, 27, 28, and January 2, will provide attendees with a two-hour immersive journey through the stadium’s storied past. The morning tour begins at 10:30 am, followed by an afternoon tour at 12:30 pm.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the original 1922 locker rooms, the current locker rooms, the press box, and the Court of Champions, among other locations. The tour promises to be not just an outdoor excursion, but a historical learning experience that delves into the iconic events that have taken place at the Rose Bowl Stadium.

From the exploits of the Four Horsemen of Notre Dame to Brandi Chastain’s game-winning kick in the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup Final, attendees will walk in the footsteps of legends and gain insights into the landmark events that have shaped the stadium’s history.

Tour attendees are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time and to allow up to two hours for the visit.

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.
