ABC will begin airing new episodes of its scripted series Feb. 7 with three comedies, including the hourlong season premiere of “Abbott Elementary.”
The 9 p.m. premiere of “Abbott Elementary” will be preceded by the season premieres of “The Conners” and “Not Dead Yet,” ABC announced Thursday.
ABC will conclude the night with the third season premiere of the alternative courtroom comedy “Judge Steve Harvey.”
The dramas “Will Trent,” “The Rookie” and “The Good Doctor” will begin their seasons Feb. 20.
The procedural drama “9-1-1” will make its ABC debut March 14 after airing six seasons on Fox. It will be followed by the 20th season premiere of “Grey’s Anatomy,” the longest-running prime-time medical series in television history and the longest-running prime-time scripted series in ABC history, and the seventh season premiere of the action drama “Station 19.”
ABC also announced the 28th season of “The Bachelor” will begin Jan. 22, followed by the premiere an eight-episode true-crime series of ABC News’ “20/20,” billed by the network as exploration of “some of the most shocking love crimes of all time.”
“American Idol” will begin its seventh season on ABC Feb. 18, followed by the return of the ABC News hidden camera series “What Would You Do?” which originally aired from 2008-20.
NBC began airing new episodes in September and October of “Magnum, P.I.” and “Quantum Leap” and new scripted series “The Irrational” and “Found” that began production before the start of the strikes by the Writers Guild of America and Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
CBS announced Monday it would begin airing new episodes of its scripted series Feb. 11.
