AbilityFirst 2024 Stroll & Roll presented by Comerica Bank is open for registration. Held at Santa Anita Park on November 2, the annual event will welcome nearly a thousand participants raising money to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal best.

“Stroll & Roll is one of our major events at AbilityFirst, which raises funds for our programs and services that look beyond disabilities, focus on capabilities, and expand possibilities,” said Sergio Rizzo-Fontanesi, president and CEO of AbilityFirst. “I’m encouraged by the supporters who have already signed up. However, we need additional participants and teams to help us meet our goal of $525,000.”

Individuals who register for only $35 will receive a walk kit, including a Stroll & Roll t-shirt and medal. Children who are five years old and younger are free. Corporations, businesses, and organizations, including individuals, can create a team page to spread awareness of AbilityFirst’s mission.

Participants will also enjoy complimentary coffee and light breakfast, live entertainment, dozens of activities and exhibitors, and may purchase food and beverages from food trucks. For guests who are older than 21, a beer garden will be available. Funds raised benefits the organization’s after school programs, social and recreation outings, Adult Day and Community Integration program, employment services, College to Career, housing, and Camp Paivika.

The Stroll & Roll will be located at Santa Anita Park, Paddock Gardens Gate 8, located at 285 West Huntington Drive in Arcadia. The parking lot opens at 9 a.m. and the opening ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m. To register for the event, visit strollandroll.org.
