The Pasadena Senior Center is inviting older adults to a Zoom presentation titled “ADU’s in The News,” focused on how accessory dwelling units have surged in popularity across California and what they can mean for retirees and their families.

The event is presented by Keller Williams Realty and is part of the center’s February 2026 slate of programs for seniors.

Organizers say the session will explain why ADUs are being promoted as a potential source of retirement income and as a way to create space for multigenerational living on existing residential properties.

The Pasadena Senior Center describes itself as a donor-supported nonprofit organization serving older adults in the community.

“ADU’s in The News” will run on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m., via Zoom. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. For more information, call (626) 795-4331 or visit https://www.pasadenaseniorcenter.org/lectures-classes/informational-lectures/2236-adus-in-the-news.
