The Altadena Library District will hold an Adult Crafternoon session focused on felt bookmarks from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Altadena Library at Loma Alta Park, according to the district’s online event listing.

The program will take place on the Loma Alta Main Floor at 3330 N. Lincoln Ave. in Altadena. The district’s listing describes the program as an afternoon craft at Loma Alta Park and states that supplies are first come, first served.

The listing sets the age group for the program as adults 19 or older and categorizes it under crafting, community and art programming.

The Loma Alta Park site is one of the district’s operating locations while its Main Library at 600 E. Mariposa St. remains closed for renovation as of Feb. 1, according to the district’s website.

The Loma Alta Park location sits in the park’s Social Hall, which the district identifies as a unit of the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation System.

The branch is scheduled to be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, as of the district’s posted hours for the week of Sept. 14. The district lists (626) 798-0833 as the phone number for the Loma Alta Park location.
