Amy Carlson Performs ‘And She Danced’

Published on May 2, 2022

Lineage Performing Arts Center in Pasadena presents “And She Danced,” an exploration of a neurologically altered life, on Tuesday, May 3, starting at 7 p.m. at 920 E. Mountain Street.

Through dance, narrative, graphic arts, and interaction, “And She Danced” is an autobiographical one-act play exploring life with a warping brain.

The writer and performer, Amy Carlson, has participated in LPAC’s Dance for Joy program for many years. This play is a culmination of her time at Lineage.

Carlson will be available after the performance for talkback, where she welcomes input and critique as she continues to workshop the play.
