Arnold’s Fine Jewelry has reopened just two months after it announced on Facebook on March 19 it would close due to the rapidly escalating situation with COVID-19, “and in the interest of keeping our staff and community safe, Arnold’s will be closed . . . Stay safe, everyone!”
On May 22, Arnold’s Fine Jewelry posted it is “finally open for business again! Business operations have been modified due to the current restrictions, but we are ready to take care of all your jewelry needs! Happy to be back and interact with the community once more! Stay safe, everyone!”
Client Lyn Logan posted on Facebook, “I need a watch battery. I’ll be in!”
A sign greets clients:
“Entrance to Arnold’s Fine Jewelry is NOT Permitted.
Clients will be served at the door in arrival order only.
Be Excellent to Each Other.
“We are so happy to reopen,” said Bruce Arnold, third-generation owner. “We’re looking forward to helping everyone find just the right ring, necklace, bracelet and more to celebrate birthdays, babies, brides, dads, graduates . . . everyone.”
Generations have visited Arnold’s Fine Jewelry since it opened in 1910 in Pasadena. Owner Bruce Arnold likely assisted many clients since he has been in the family business for more than a quarter century and is the grandson of our founder C.O. Arnold. He is a certified gemologist and member of the American Gem Society (AGS).
Arnold’s Fine Jewelry offers collections by several jewelry designers with vintage and contemporary stylings, colorful gemstones of all varieties, exquisite metals as well as trending choices for women and men.
Arnold’s professionals repair watches and other jewelry, restring bead and pearl necklaces, do engravings and redesign or update pieces to fit any occasion. Arnold’s also does expert appraisals of family keepsakes.
