Cheeseburger Week | The Langham Cheeseburger: Perfection, Perfected

Historic landmark hotel serves more than just a cheeseburger

You’re sitting at a perfectly set table at The Terrace at the historic Langham Huntington on a glorious Southern California winter day, gazing at the pool as the thermometer dances around the 70 degree mark. 

Soon, your waiter arrives with your perfectly cooked Pepper Jack Cheeseburger,  created with bacon jam, poblano aioli, and tomatoes and lettuce on a brioche bun. Perched next to the cheeseburger is a wire basket of hot, perfectly salted, thin-sliced french fries, served with ketchup, a barbeque dipping sauce, and a ranch dressing dipping sauce. Every bite tastes like that picture right there.

I could stop writing right now. You’re sold. 

Cheeseburger Week officially ends today. If you’re not at the Terrace at the Langham this weekend, that’s okay. That Pepper Jack Cheeseburger will likely be waiting for you on Super Bowl Sunday, on your birthday, on the Fourth of July, on Mother’s Day, on Flag Day, on Arbor Day, and on Father’s Day. 

Don’t see it on the menu? I’m sure they would just make one for you. It’s the Langham, people.
