Soon, your waiter arrives with your perfectly cooked Pepper Jack Cheeseburger, created with bacon jam, poblano aioli, and tomatoes and lettuce on a brioche bun. Perched next to the cheeseburger is a wire basket of hot, perfectly salted, thin-sliced french fries, served with ketchup, a barbeque dipping sauce, and a ranch dressing dipping sauce.
