Craftoberfest Returns to Rose Bowl for Seventh Year of Bavarian-Inspired Festivities

CraftoberFest Los Angeles, the popular fall festival influenced by the world’s largest beer festival in Germany, is set to return to the Rose Bowl Stadium on Oct. 5 for its seventh consecutive year, “markieren sie iIhren kalenderso” (mark your calendar).

The event, taking place on the Greens at the Rose Bowl, aims to provide fun for the whole family culinary delights, entertainment and of course beer for the adults.

Organizers have curated a selection of Southern California craft breweries to showcase a variety of beer styles, from lagers to IPAs. Traditional offerings like German brats and pretzels will be available alongside other food options.

The festival will be held under the shaded oaks of the Brookside Golf Course, offering a picturesque setting for visitors. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and spread out on the grounds of Pasadena’s Arroyo Seco.

Tickets for the event start at $54 for general admission, with VIP tickets available for $85.80 per person. They can be purchased through the provided ticket link on the Rose Bowl website.

Festmeister Hans, described as having “deep roots in Germany” and “Oktoberfest in his blood,” will return to entertain the crowd. Organizers note that “Hans has entertained hundreds of thousands from Hollywood to Bavaria.”

While the event welcomes guests of all ages, but of course only those 21 and older will be permitted to purchase alcohol, with valid identification required.
