Find unique and useful handcrafted products at the upcoming Pasadena Artazan Show to be held at Pasadena Convention Center on May 20, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and May 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The market is inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement of the late 19th century and is a grand celebration of today’s artists and artisans, bringing focus to handcraft in all forms.
It features over 200 exhibits, artist demonstrations, fine foods and live music.
Pasadena artists will also be part of the upcoming show.
According to show manager Casey Kenerson, this is the first time the Artazan Show will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center.
“We feel Pasadena has a great art community, and we would love to help the artists and everything. So this is just the perfect place to bring all the artists here and showcase them.”
At the show, the artists and makers themselves will present their products to attendees.
“We have something for everyone and for every age group. And it’s of course for those who are very much into any kind of arts and jewelry and clothing,” Kenerson said. “Our artists will showcase handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. You’ll be able to find furniture, woodworking to all types of handmade jewelry, enamel work. We have ceramics, fine art paintings, clothing, accessories, and all other types of goods for your home.”
Tickets for the show cost $10. Advanced tickets cost $8.
