Save the Date. A Piece Of My Heart Foundation (APOMHF) will host its annual Celebrity Invitational Gala & Auction at Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort. Featured Special Guest - TBA. A Piece Of My Heart Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Kerwin and Madelyn Manning in honor of their daughter Morgan Manning who had a rare heart condition called Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia (CPVT). Morgan was living with it and doing well. The Mannings were totally devastated by Morgan's sudden death in April 8, 2017. The Mannings wanted to commit the rest of their lives bringing awareness to CPVT, supporting other young people living with the illness, and preventing other families from experiencing what Morgan have. Proceeds of the event will help families help families living with CPVT by providing grants for AED's (automated external defibrillators).
