Explore the practice and learn the basic foundation of traditional Chinese flower arranging with master floral artist Rosa Zee. Led by master floral artist Rosa Zee, this class embraces the art form in all its glory by weaving together different methods, ideas, and visions to bring formality, symbolism, and aesthetics to life. Traditional Chinese floral arts has a long history and encompasses four styles: Intellectual, Realistic, Expressionist, and Formative Arrangements. This introductory series is for beginning-level students who have an interest in exploring and learning the basic foundation of these styles. Key Details: • All supplies and materials are included. • Registration includes free admission to The Huntington after the class. • The workshop will be held indoors; masks are recommended but not required.
