A Women's Project Readers' Theater presentation features "The Madwoman of Chaillot" by Jean Giraudoux. A modern fairy tale, written in Nazi-occupied Paris in 1944. Industrialists threaten to destroy Paris by drilling for oil below the magical neighborhood of Chaillot. A beautiful comedy of empowerment and hope.
