You’re invited to relax, renew, and rejuvenate in the new year at The Gamble House! The Gamble House welcome you to join them for one (or both) for its upcoming sessions as you cultivate calm, clarity, and centeredness, allowing your senses to receive all that is here for you amidst the beauty and tranquility of The Gamble House and within yourself. You will be supported on this journey by UCLA Certified Mindfulness Coach and musician, Jahna Perricone, and Master Himalayan Singing Bowl Artist and musician, Michale Perricone. They have carefully crafted this experience with ancient Himalayan Singing Bowls (all of which are 300-600 years old), sacred gongs, chimes, hang drum, Koshi bells, flute, guitar, mindfulness, and ethereal voice. Sessions will be held on the rear terrace of the Gamble House. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
