Join Descanso Gardens for an eight-week Wednesday yoga class with Kitty Schaller in the Rose Pavilion every Wednesday from March 12–April 30, 5–6:30pm. Yoga at Descanso Gardens is based on Hatha Yoga, which includes stretches, strengthening poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement. The practice adapts to individual needs. Each class includes a 25-minute fitness walk and 60-minute yoga practice. Members only, $136 per participant. Advance registration required, members can register at the above provided link.
