This class is for kids who want to learn to crochet. No experience necessary! Participants will start by learning to create a foundational chain using our fingers, graduate to hooks, and then learn the single crochet stitch- everything you need to make a scarf, a washcloth, a pot holder, or anything square/rectangle! Additionally, kids will leave with the understanding of how crochet works to create a fabric, how to hold the hook, and the basics of yarn tension. Kids can take home their work and projects will be completed outside of class. Materials Included: All supplies and an assortment of tools and materials.
