Join Maite Gomez-Rejon of ArtBites for an engaging conversation and hands-on culinary lesson tracing the history of the American appetizer. From stuffed celery to cheese balls, guacamole to crab rangoon, the simple appetizer can trace food trends and the migration of people. Trace the evolution of American art—and appetizers!—from the 1800s through the 1950s with Maite Gomez-Rejón of ArtBites. Then head to the kitchen to prepare and enjoy classic cocktails and appetizers. The menu may include: Classic Margaritas, Pigs in a Blanket, or Stuffed Celery with Roquefort Cheese.
