A longtime Los Angeles-area real estate agent will be hosting a forum to discuss the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on commercial real estate at an online Pasadena Rotary Club event on Wednesday.

Colleen Carey, a founding principal at Lee & Associates Pasadena, will be the featured speaker at the gathering at 11:45 a.m. via Zoom, the Rotary Club said in a written statement.

“Obviously, there’s a shift going on in the real estate businesses,” she said.

The talk will focus on recent statistics from the Pasadena-Glendale-Burbank area as well as trends nationwide, according to Carey.

With two decades of commercial real estate experience in the L.A. area, “Colleen has handled all types of properties from light industrial, land, multi-family, office and retail to investment properties within and beyond the borders of California,” the Rotary statement said.

“She has sold and helped clients acquire commercial properties ranging in size from 2,000 to 50,000 square feet. Ms. Carey is thorough and brings the utmost professionalism to every client she represents providing superior attention to detail which produces top results for her clients,” the statement added.

Carey is a former Pasadena Rotary Club board member and serves on the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Pasadena Playhouse Village Board of Directors and the University Club of Pasadena Board of Governors.
