Feel the Blue Breeze Tonight at Altadena’s 25th Annual Summer Concert in the Park

Motown R&B-influenced Blue Breeze Band will be performing Saturday, Aug. 6, in Altadena’s 25th Annual Summer Concert in the Park series, which started last month and continues through Sept. 10.

Presented by the Altadena Rotary Club, Concerts in the Park are free to watch and are held at Farnsworth Park Amphitheater. Concerts begin at 7 p.m.

Blue Breeze Band specializes in genuine Motown R&B classic-soul funk and contemporary hits dance music.

“Our music is cross-generational, fun, romantic, and bursting with so much excitement that it will have you and your guests on the dance floor all night long,” the band says on their website. “Along with our Concert Quality live music we will work with your wedding/event coordinator as a team so you can relax and enjoy your party!”

The band also performs for events, including weddings, and provides ambient music for dinner and cocktail parties, luncheons, garden parties, meetings, art shows and private group events.

The other bands in the schedule for Concerts in the Park are reggae, soca and caribbean music band Upstream on Aug. 13; ultimate 80s party band Past Action Heroes on Aug. 20; Eagles tribute Boys of Summer on Aug. 27; and The Who Experience on Sept. 10.
