These vendors are “all geared towards wellness and helping people take a personal interest in their own health and wellbeing,” said Wellness Powers Life CEO Rachel Bhagat Wentz.

Wentz said products and services available at the expo include fitness classes, fitness gear, healthy meals, nutrition coaching and products to increase vitality.

Aside from wellness products, other items available include skincare, handmade soap, body lotion, scrubs, unique custom-made cards, hand poured candles, one of a kind jewelry and apparel for women.

There will be live fitness demonstrations as well at the upcoming expo.

Wentz’s personal health challenges several years ago inspired her to help women dealing with stress. Now, with her background in physical therapy and pilates, she helps women “elevate and increase in wellness.”

“Through my own health challenges several years ago, due to unmanaged stress, I had to step back and examine my health and life and make changes to live well as wellness is priceless.”

“And my goal is to provide women with valuable tools so they’re able to experience life with less stress, live vibrantly, and thus share their joy with those they love the most.”

She emphasized the importance of wellness in this day and age.

“Now more than ever, we need to take care of ourselves and focus on wellness and learn how to decrease stress, which is the root cause of ailments or disease,” Wentz said.

“We need to learn simple tools to address stress today and improve mental and emotional wellness,” she added.
