Altadena residents seeking professional portraits have a rare opportunity this weekend: the Altadena Library District is hosting a free professional headshot session on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Bob Lucas Memorial Library and Literacy Center.
The event welcomes adults on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees should arrive dressed in their professional best to receive a free headshot photographed by Syd Studios.
Photos will be digitally delivered via email, allowing participants to use the images on LinkedIn, resumes and other professional platforms.
The headshot session requires no pre-registration and carries no admission fee.
Bob Lucas Memorial Library, located at 2659 Lincoln Avenue in western Altadena, recently reopened in August following a $4.5 million renovation that expanded the facility by approximately 1,000 square feet.
