As difficult as the Coronavirus isolation has been for locals and their families, many Pasadena eateries have still managed to make their food available by pick up and delivery.

The Luggage Room, which shares space with Le Grande Orange,  in Pasadena’s historic 1934 Del Mar Train Station, was once, in fact, an actual luggage room.

But now, the former stacks of suitcases have been replaced by a wood burning brick oven since 2010, and the restaurant is delivering a special menu through DoorDash.

You can order a pizza and ribs family special, which includes your choice of pizza, a rack of ribs, salad and 32 oz of sangria for $60 delivered, and that’s just one option. There are a nearly a dozen wood fire oven pizza choices from the traditional to the unique.

A Le Grande Orange menu is also available with a range of items, from fresh salads to short ribs or a whole rotisserie chicken, along with a choice of sides.

And what is dinner, especially pizza, without wine? Everything from prosecco to a sauvignon blanc is available by delivery. And there’s gelato, because gelato.

You’re behind closed doors, but your dinner isn’t.
