Last Day to Scare Yourselves Silly at Monsterpalooza

Monsterpalooza, which debuted in 2009 and has since become internationally known as the place to be for fans and professionals of film, makeup, special effects, collectible toys, art and monsters, is back at the Pasadena Convention Center this weekend, Friday through Sunday, June 3 to 5, opening at 6 p.m.

Monsterpalooza 2022 celebrates the art of monsters and movie magic, and stomps into all of the 100,000 square feet at the Convention Center.

You will have the chance to meet the award-winning masterminds behind some of the greatest creatures ever created for feature films, TV and the haunt industry as you get lost in the over 450 exhibitors selling one of a kind creations, live makeup demonstrations, and more. You will enter the famous Monsterpalooza Museum featuring full sized creatures, hyper-realistic sculptures, screen used props and animatronics from your favorite films as well as debuts of new creations from the world’s best special effects studios.

Each Monsterpalooza event features dozens of special celebrity guests from the world of horror, science fiction, and fantasy.

Past guests have included actors from film franchises such as “Alien,” “Fright Night,” “An American Werewolf in London,” “Godzilla,” “Ed Wood,” “Night of the Living Dead,” “Superman,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street” and many more.

Admission includes access to over 450 vendors, presentations, panels and seminars, a walk-through monster museum and special guests.
