Mother’s Day will be extra festive Sunday at Vallarta Supermarket in Pasadena, with live music, delicious pastry sampling and complimentary rose por las madres.
Vallarta, one of the largest Latino-owned supermarket chains in California, is hosting a Mother’s Day Serenade in their store at 655 N. Fair Oaks Ave., featuring two-time Grammy Award-winning Mariachi Divas and Mariachi Espectacular, on Sunday, May 8, starting at 9 a.m.
The event will also be streamed live throughout the Vallarta Supermarkets network.
“Vallarta invites all to tune in and share the link with their mothers so they can enjoy the traditional sound of mariachi music or visit the Pasadena location where moms will receive a complimentary rose and free pastry sampling,” said a Vallarta Supermarkets announcement.
