The 25-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter released a video post on Christmas Eve announcing a new single debuting on January 3, a new docu-series, and a new tour featuring a show in the Rose Bowl in May.

“We all have different stories. I’m just excited to share mine,” he said in the video.

Bieber’s 2020 tour begins on May 14, 2020 in Seattle’s Centurylink Field.

On May 29, 2020, he’ll be at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, a schedule in the video showed.

“As humans, we are imperfect,” Bieber said. “My past, my mistakes, all the things that I’ve been through. I believe that I’m right where I’m supposed to be, and God has me right where he wants me.”

The singer’s new single, “Yummy,” debuting on January 3, is his first advanced track from an upcoming 2020 album.

“I feel like this is different than the previous albums, just because of where I’m at in my life,” he said. “It’s the music that I love the most out of anything I’ve done.”

Last week, Bieber hinted he was working on new music after posting on Instagram: “December 24, December 31, January 3… #2020.”

In October, he also posted a hint he was releasing a new album before Christmas, but it’s now apparent the release would be early 2020.

Bieber hasn’t released a new album since “Purpose” in 2015, although he’s had collaborations with Ed Sheeran for “I Don’t Care” and Dan + Shay for”10,000 Hours,” as well as with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee for the 2017 hit “Despacito.”
