Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena is extending operating hours on Friday and Saturday evenings, as Bubble Planet, an all-new, all-outdoor experience with bubble-themed activities and sudsy, spacey versions of some of your favorite exhibits, takes over.

Starting this Friday, July 16, Kidspace will be open from 4 to 7 p.m., with entrance fees at $10 for children and $12 for adults.

“Now the bubbles don’t stop at 5 p.m.,” a Kidspace announcement said. “Kidspace is open Friday and Saturday evenings with special programs and discounted tickets.”

Bubble Planet opened on June 13 but at limited hours – only up to 5 p.m. on weekends. With the extension, kids visiting the Museum will have more time to enjoy the Science of Bubbles, and Bubble Planet in general.

“We’re filling our 3.5-acre campus with bubbles just for you and your family to pop, bounce, and create,” the announcement said. “Get ready to lift off for Bubble Planet!”

When you visit, masks are still required for all guests age 2 and over. Indoor galleries will remain closed.

Advance online reservations are required for all guests, including Kidspace members.
