Although most of us tend to think Thanksgiving is a time when it is acceptable to stuff your face with large quantities of food, for some, it may be an underlying struggle.

Organized by TNT Nutrition, established in 2010 by Shelby McDaniel, a highly acclaimed online nutrition and eating psychology coach, the event intends to “Heal Your Lifelong Binge Eating and Lifelong Dieting,” as the webinar itself is called, and is for anyone who feels out of control with food and who struggles with binge eating, overeating, emotional eating, food obsessions, yo-yo dieting, or former eating disorders.
McDaniel is also a wellness authority and supportive mentor who, for over 15 years, has helped thousands of clients lose weight, develop skill sets to better manage their daily nutrition and empower individuals to make lasting changes in their eating behaviors and lifestyle.
