The Legacy Project is bringing a free, trauma‑recovery arts workshop to Pasadena Village, inviting older adults and fire‑impacted community members to turn memories into creative keepsakes.

Participants will work with the Trauma Resource Institute to create scrapbooks, story collections and memory albums that honor both the beauty of the past and the courage shown through loss and recovery.

Hosted by Pasadena Village, a nonprofit community center for older adults, the gathering is designed as a gentle on‑ramp for people who want to preserve their stories while connecting with others who understand the long tail of disaster and change.

The program focuses on remembrance, creativity and resilience, not clinical treatment, making it accessible to anyone who wants to show up, share and make something tangible to pass on.

Legacy Project will run on Monday, Mar. 30 at 10 a.m. at Pasadena Village. Pasadena Village, 236 W. Mountain St., #113, in Pasadena. For more call (626) 765-6037 or visit https://www.pasadenavillage.org/events/4332-legacy-project.
