The “Trick-or-Treat in the Garden” event on Friday, October 17, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., invites families to discover fun facts about plants at trick-or-treat stations throughout the Arcadia garden. Each registered child receives a collection bag and nature-based treats at each destination.
Discovery Tables along the route offer hands-on encounters with creatures that prove more fabulous than frightening: hissing cockroaches, earthworms, bones and skulls, flesh-eating beetles, and carnivorous plants.
Families receive a map detailing the educational stations. The event requires timed entry reservations in 30-minute slots between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets cost $15 to $18, with refunds available for cancellations made at least one week in advance.
