It will be one year today since Southern California NBA fans awoke to learn that former Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant and seven others, died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.

Millions of fans throughout the world continue to mourn the loss of one of the greatest players in the team’s history. Over 430 murals in 30 countries around the world have been painted in tribute.

In Old Pasadena, a new mural inside the Dirt Dog restaurant at 20 East Union Street by artist sloe_motions honors the memory of Kobe and his daughter Gianna, who also died in the tragic crash.

The mural displays Bryant’s original “8” and later “24” Laker jerseys,  and joins another Kobe mural at Lincoln Avenue & West Crosby Street, which features Bryant along with former President Barack Obama.

According to a Facebook page honoring Kobe Bryant murals, a free map of every Kobe mural worldwide is available at KobeMural.com
