Popular home essentials store Parachute will hit the ground running at One Colorado in Old Pasadena on Thursday.
Customers can help celebrate the opening with sips and sweets and personalized monogramming by Lot, Stock, & Barrel with purchases, on Saturday, January 22, from noon-4 p.m.
Parachute originally focused on bedding, but has since expanded into brick-and-mortar stores featuring items for the bath, mattresses, furniture, robes, rugs, and window treatments, and a wide array of soft and fluffy.
“As someone who spent a decade working in advertising and brand development, I realized there was a hole in the market – and saw a true business opportunity, “ says Ariel Kaye, founder and CEO of Parachute.
“I launched Parachute in 2014 as an online-only, direct-to-consumer brand focused on creating impeccable bedding. Since then, we’ve expanded into many areas of the home and opened several brick-and-mortar stores across the U.S. – starting with our hometown of Venice, California.”
