The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce hosts a free hourlong webinar on what to settle before starting a tenant improvement project at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, on Zoom.
Jamil Soucar, founder and principal of Arc & Line LLC, leads the session, titled “Navigating Tenant Improvements: What to Know Before You Start.” He has worked in construction since 1983 and founded the firm in 2007. The Chamber, in a news release, said his practice covers construction management, scheduling, project management, contract scope disputes and delay and claims analysis.
The session is September’s installment of BizBoost. The Chamber runs the series on the second Thursday of each month at 4 p.m., with 13 other San Gabriel Valley chambers and the Small Business Development Center and Women’s Business Center at Pasadena City College, according to the Chamber. Verizon and Wells Fargo sponsor the series, according to the Chamber’s event listing. Paul Little, the Chamber’s chief executive officer, said the webinars are open to members of any partner chamber and to the general public.
