Comic book fans and pop culture enthusiasts have a date to mark: January 25, when Pasadena Comic Con transforms the Pasadena Convention Center into a hub for artists, vendors, and celebrities.

The all-day event marks another installment in convention entrepreneur Scott Zillner’s expansion across Southern California. Zillner, who took over the Power Morphicon franchise in 2008, has built his reputation on navigating the intricate logistics of large-scale pop culture gatherings.

“These things are really difficult to do with travel and hotels and convention centers and the logistics involved,” Zillner explained. “You have to make sure everything’s in place.”

The guest list reflects the convention’s broad appeal. Voice actors Johnny Yong Bosch, Dan Woren, and Michelle Ruff are confirmed, alongside actor Gigi Edgley and animator Craig Bartlett, creator of the animated series “Hey Arnold!” Visual effects designer Doug Drexler, known for his work on multiple Star Trek series, will also appear.

General admission costs $25 with entry at 10 a.m., while Early Bird tickets at $35 offer nine a.m. entry. VIP Early Bird packages at $85 include a gift bag, enamel pin, and guaranteed autograph and selfie with a preset guest. Children 12 and under attend free with a paid adult.

The convention maintains family-friendly PG-13 and under standards. Sign language interpreters are available with 30 or more days’ notice to aslmorphicon@gmail.com. ADA wristbands accommodate attendees with mobility, vision, hearing, cognitive, or psychological disabilities.

Pasadena Comic Con will run on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E. Green Street, Pasadena.
