Published on Mar 12, 2023

Pasadena Education Network (PEN) will host a free virtual program titled “How Does PUSD Work?” on Wednesday, March 15 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. via Zoom.

The program, presented as part of Pasadena Unified School District’s Parent University, aims to provide a basic foundation for understanding how the school system works – including how PUSD schools are funded, what decisions are made at the District vs the school site level, and how parents can have a say.

The program is open to anyone who wants to know more about how things work in PUSD or plans to get more involved. Participants can register at:

and receive program materials. They can also use this Zoom Link to attend the March 15 program.
