Pasadena Public Library will host an informational session regarding Medicare and Medi-Cal on on Tuesday, August 30 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The sessions will be held at the Santa Catalina Branch Library at 999 East Washington Boulevard, according to the city manager’s newsletter,
Rick Holliday, a licensed Medicare agent and Board Member of nonprofit Pasadena Village, will explain the inner workings of Medicare and answer Medicare related questions.
Attendees will learn about the basics of Medicare and Medi-Cal health care options including what is covered, how and when to apply, how to choose a plan, and more in preparation for Medicare Open Enrollment from October 15 to December 7.
