Pasadena Public Library Wants More Teens Sketching at Home

Whether or not you consider yourself an artsy person, Pasadena Public Library wants to encourage you to create more art from home.

Join the library on Wednesday, January 20, for a virtual art session, “Sketches and More,” for ages 13 to 19, presented in partnership with the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena.

Participants will need some supplies for the workshop, such as watercolors, brush,  and oil pastels, which you can obtain in a kit from the Library, and a cup with water, and paper towels or towels.

To register, go to the Library’ calendar page, www.cityofpasadena.net/library/calendar, and click the January 20, 4 p.m. tab. Fill out the form and submit online. A link to the virtual session will be sent to your email.
