Pasadena Senior Center to Host Workshop on Physical and Cognitive Impacts of Grief

While grief is universally recognized as an emotional experience, its toll often extends further, impacting the brain, body, and nervous system. On Wednesday, Jan. 21, the Pasadena Senior Center will host a session dedicated to understanding these overlooked symptoms.

The workshop, titled “Grief: Beyond Emotions – Physical & Cognitive Effects,” is scheduled for 3 p.m. The session is designed to explore the physical and cognitive changes that can accompany loss, according to the event announcement. Organizers state the goal is to provide insight and guidance to support the healing process.
