Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane this week:
Attention all you active introverts! Scrappy (A350506) is an energetic, silly dog who just wants to bond with his one and only. He’s not into wild parties or huge social gatherings (and who is right now anyway?), but he loves playtime and the outdoors. He’s seven years old but still has that puppy energy. And he loves belly rubs! Scrappy is looking for an adult household where he can be the only pet, get lots of treats, and have lots of fun.
Scrappy is eligible for a 30-day adoption trial. Take him home for a month, get to know and love him, and we’ll provide all the supplies. At the end of 30 days, you can make your adoption official. Email foster@pasadenahumane.org to get your adoption trial started!
The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

Mystique (A494071) was found as a stray, injured and without use of her back legs. Although she’s permanently paralyzed, this three-month-old kitten is thriving in foster care! Mystique is energetic and playful, chasing after her toys like any other kitten, and using her litter box without any issues. She loves being pet and especially enjoys a good chin rub. Mystique was a little shy with adults at first before warming up to them, but she was immediately comfortable with the two young children in her foster home. This sweet kitten with the permanent smile on her face is ready to bring so many smiles to her future adopter!
