Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane Society this week:
Wybie (A520938) is an incredible gentleman with a heart of pure gold. This sweet, loving dog came to Pasadena Humane after being hit by a car and found motionless in a gutter. He was so still that a bystander thought he had passed. When an Animal Control Officer from Pasadena Humane arrived, they discovered that Wybie was still alive and rushed him to our ICU. He had suffered extensive injuries: a fractured jaw, broken ribs, head trauma, and a severely damaged eye that had to be removed.
But, his story didn’t end there! Thanks to the expert care of our veterinary team and the comfort of a devoted foster home, Wybie has made a miraculous recovery. His ribs have healed, his jaw is mending beautifully, and he’s now enjoying life on a soft-food diet. Despite everything he’s been through, Wybie is the most loving dog you could ever meet. He takes epic naps, soaks up every bit of affection, and will love you unconditionally. Wybie is the definition of a pure soul – gentle, resilient, and ready for a forever home where he can finally rest, heal fully, and be cherished as he deserves.
The adoption fee for dogs is $150. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.

New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

Coffee Bean (A507046) is a stunning 4-year-old red and white Husky at Pasadena Humane with a sweet soul and a playful heart. This gorgeous girl is as gentle as she is beautiful. She is easy to leash, calm coming out of her kennel, and quick to show affection to anyone willing to offer a few pets. Out in the yard, she loves to show off her fun side by chasing a squeaky ball and then flopping down to de-fluff it (one of her favorite activities). She’s also a fan of belly rubs and neck scratches, often rolling over and gently pawing at you for more love.
Coffee Bean has a heart full of joy. On a recent field trip with Pasadena Humane, she proved just how well-mannered and adaptable she is. She navigated new environments, new people, long walks, and lots of waiting with grace and patience. She’s playful without being hyper, affectionate without being pushy, and full of love without asking for much in return. Coffee Bean is a very good girl who’s ready to bring warmth and love into her forever home!
